Dave Omin joined ProCIBO in 2015 after collaborating with Adam on a consulting project. While assisting in all areas of the business, Dave is primarily responsible for the business planning side of the practice.
Immediately prior to joining ProCIBO, Dave spent three and a half years at Shake Shack, where he worked as the Executive Assistant to the CEO and helped build a foundation for the company’s rapid expansion, both domestically and internationally. Later, Dave focused the majority of his time working on the company’s IPO.
In 2010, before transitioning into the restaurant industry, Dave earned his MBA from Washington University in St. Louis, where he concentrated in marketing and entrepreneurship. While at Wash U, and for a year thereafter, Dave worked for two start-up companies.
In 2002, Dave graduated from NYU with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and spent the first part of his career working in the film industry for 20th Century Fox, where he dedicated the majority of his time to discovering and developing book material for feature film adaptation.
Dave currently resides in Westchester County with his beloved pug Izzy.
